Inovar Packaging Group LLC in Willoughby, OH is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to independently operate a Mark Andy Performance Series P4 flexographic press to produce high-quality labels and packaging.

This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in flexographic printing, color management, registration, and preventive maintenance, with shifts including 2nd and 3rd as noted; safety and efficiency are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with extended content labels or related labeling projects is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes, color management, and press mechanics.
• Ability to read job tickets, interpret specifications, and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic presses producing extended content labels.
• Read specifications and artwork, and ensure color registration and die-cut accuracy.
• Install plates, inks, and substrates as required; perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot print issues quickly to minimize downtime and waste.
• Meet daily production and efficiency targets.
