Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator for the night shift (4:30pm–6am, Mon–Thu). You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain flexographic presses that produce high-quality extended content labels, including booklet and peel-and-reseal types.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will read job tickets, install plates, inks, and substrates, maintain color registration, fix print issues quickly, and participate in routine

Qualifications

• Experience with extended content labels or peel-and-reseal labels is valuable.
• Solid understanding of flexographic printing processes and color management.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses producing extended content labels.
• Read and interpret job tickets, specifications, artwork, and production schedules.
• Install printing plates, inks, dies, and substrates per job requirements.
• Maintain color registration, print quality, and die-cut accuracy.
• Adjust presses to optimize print quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot print issues promptly to minimize waste and downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals.
