Sealed Air is hiring a Press Operator for our Saint Joseph, MO facility. You will operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality packaging materials while upholding safety standards and production efficiency.

The role requires working rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations with a $1.00 shift premium and a pay rate of $20.00/hr, negotiable by experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and mechanical/manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical and manufacturing experience desired.
• Experience with flexographic printing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of color management and print quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses and related equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain printing equipment per job specs.
• Monitor print quality and adjust as needed for consistency.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S principles.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
