Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Saint Joseph, MO is hiring a Laminator Operator to run and maintain laminating equipment, bonding materials to meet precise specifications while following safety protocols. You will support production on a day shift with a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 2/2/3 rotating schedule and earn a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes quality checks, problem solving, and teamwork on the manufacturing line, with opportunities to grow through on-the-job training and benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must communicate effectively via email and in person.
• Experience with slitter equipment preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Stand for long periods (12 hours) on concrete floors.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Capable of documenting production data accurately.
• Ability to follow directions from multiple supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Sealed Air safety rules and PPE protocols.
• Operate laminating equipment to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and involve maintenance when needed.
• Complete quality checks and document results.
• Print pallet labels and perform SAP data entry.
• Attend departmental and safety meetings and perform other assigned tasks.
