Smyth Companies LLC in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Night Shift Flexographic Press Operator on a compressed 3-day schedule. You will set up and operate a Comco flexographic press to produce high-quality labels, while meeting production and quality standards.

The role offers a 12.25-hour shift (36.75 hours/week) with overtime after 40 hours, and pay ranging from $30 to $40 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Smyth is hiring a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our growing team at our facility centrally located in the Twin Cities. If you have printing experience and strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to work a compressed 3-day schedule while producing high-quality labels and packaging.

Joining Smyth with experience that includes c old foil, h ot stamp dies, r otary screens, and/or t actile varnishes AND you can deliver consistent quality throughput, your overall compensation would reflect those experiences.

Schedule

• 12.25-hour shifts (36.75 hours/week)
• Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)

Qualifications

Required

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or BRC quality systems
