Job summary

SpectraGraphics, Inc. in Overland Park, KS is seeking an experienced Flexographic or Digital Label Press Operator to join our production team.

The ideal candidate will operate flexographic and/or digital printing presses, ensure color consistency, and support die cutting and lamination processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include setting up presses, monitoring quality, interpreting job orders, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience operating flexographic or digital printing presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of printing substrates, die cutting, laminating, varnishes, inks, plates, and anilox systems.
• Ability to identify and correct print defects.
• Experience with digital web printing technology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.

Work Environment

This role operates in a manufacturing/production setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and ink materials. The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed. Occasional overtime may be offered.
