Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Press Operator to operate flexographic printing presses, set up equipment, and ensure produced materials meet specifications. The role involves quality checks, proper labeling, and adherence to safety in a manufacturing environment.

Training on day shift precedes the regular night shift, with emphasis on maintaining calibration and documentation. This onsite Orlando position requires physical stamina and the ability to work a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 2-2-3 rotation, including

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating printing presses, preferably flexographic.
• Ability to set up press equipment including mounting plates and ink preparation.
• Basic troubleshooting on press equipment (non-electrical).
• Familiarity with reading job jackets and following production specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses to meet job specs and quality standards.
• Ensure each print job conforms to jacket information (design, colors, production requirements).
• Retain and store print samples for quality verification and records.
• Notify supervisor/QA of non-conformities or issues.
• Package and label work-in-progress and finished products accurately.
