Qualifications

• Machine operator with the ability to follow safety and quality processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance mindset.
• Experience handling printing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to existing safety and quality processes.
• Perform plate mounting timely and accurately.
• Inspect incoming plates and clean printing plates after production.
• Maintain organized plate files.
• Assist Flexo Press Operator with routine maintenance and adjustments.
• Monitor printing process to ensure high quality and minimize waste.
• Stage raw materials for upcoming orders and store them properly.
• Support in job changeovers to reduce downtime and waste.
• Update real-time order data in internal systems.
• Ensure on-time production and meet deadlines.
