Job summary

RRD in De Pere, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Flexographic Prep & Ink Technician to provide staging, setup, and material preparation for our production press teams. You will lead ink formulations, plate mounting, and roller preparation to ensure smooth job changeovers and high print quality.

This 3rd shift role runs Sunday to Friday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with rotating Saturdays. The position offers competitive pay ($19.50–$31.00 hourly) plus overtime and benefits including medical, dental, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial tooling or machinery is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints.
• Strong color matching and viscosity testing capabilities.
• High attention to detail to ensure print quality.

Responsibilities

• Mount flexographic printing plates onto cylinders with precision.
• Prepare, inspect, and clean anilox rollers before production runs.
• Coordinate setup procedures with press operators and other staff.
• Maintain inventory of molded plates and order replacements as needed.
• Inspect worn cylinders or rollers for off-site reconditioning.
