Job summary
Goodyear is hiring an Automotive Technician for the Etna, OH area. You will service DOT vehicles and delivery vans with preventive maintenance on-site, performing oil changes, tire services, diagnostics, and repairs on a night shift.
A valid license and DOT-ready fitness are required, with certification support offered by Goodyear. Experience with electrical, AC systems, and fuel ignition is valued, and ASE certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience performing DOT inspections, preventive maintenance and brake-related services.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT physical requirements.
- Preferred ASE certification and prior diagnostic experience.
Responsibilities
- Service delivery vans and DOT vehicles for preventive maintenance at client site.
- Perform oil changes, tire services, inspections, diagnostics and brake repairs.
- Execute fluid exchanges, tire installation, and advanced repairs as needed.
- Complete state inspections and participate in on-site training.
