Job summary

PepsiCo in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair company fleet vehicles, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance.

You will work with experienced mechanics, return vehicles to the traffic center (CDL required), manage parts and labor charges, and build vendor relationships. This is a full-time role with 4pm–12:30am shifts Tue–Sat, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Possibility to work weekends/holidays or off-shift.
• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• No recent license suspensions related to moving violations.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more with/without accommodation.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Work on/under trucks for entire shift (8–12 hours).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with experienced mechanics on more complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Return vehicles to traffic center when needed (CDL required).
• Manage parts inventory and accurately bill parts and labor to work orders.
• Build relationships with vendors for estimates on parts or outside labor.
