The ECT Member handles day-to-day shift operations, resolves driver issues, communicates with DriverTech, coordinates with other teams, and provides a thorough handoff to the day shift.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multitask in high-stress, high-volume environments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Typing 35+ words per minute.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Answer DriverTech messages and phone calls during shift.
• Resolve breakdown and fuel issues that arise.
• Coordinate with appropriate parties to resolve issues beyond own scope.
• Provide clear customer service: communicate, update, respond, and swap if needed.
• Assist with production tasks: swapping, planning, and communication.
• Deliver a detailed handoff to day shift to empower continuity.
• Resolve driver-related issues that arise during shift.
