Beyond Security LLC is seeking a part-time night security officer for a fire-watch at a downtown Phoenix construction site. The role runs Saturdays 4pm–5am for 13 hours, with potential temporary extension for 3–5 weeks. Must have AZ guard card and construction-site security experience, including fire-watch duties and OSHA safety compliance.

The job emphasizes lone-guardian work, outdoor patrols, and strict access control, with reporting via Silvertrac and readiness to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have AZ guard card and be licensed security officer in Arizona.
• Experience on construction sites and fire-watch roles.
• Ability to work on night shifts, weekends, and outdoors.
• Strong observation, safety, and OSHA knowledge.
• Able to handle high-stress situations and difficult people.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire-watch duties every 2 hours and patrol twice per hour.
• Secure gates and fence lines; keep unauthorized persons out.
• Report pipe leaks and site hazards via Silvertrac.
• Respond to emergencies and call 911 when needed.
• Work largely solo during shifts and walk stairs, patrol two areas hourly.
