Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an active Arizona guard card, be able to walk/stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required by law; drug screening required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; driver’s license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; site-specific conditions may vary by client site.
