Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in scheduling and real-time operations management.
• Strong background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Fulfillment.
• Lean Manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated Change Management leadership skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong teamwork and organization.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with cross-functional teams; minimal travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the Finishing department.
• Evaluate current and proposed systems; implement improvements.
• Focus on customer satisfaction while improving efficiency and safety.
• Drive short- and long-term initiatives for operational excellence.
• Monitor performance via company reports; adjust as needed.
• Develop capacity planning strategies to meet schedules.
• Lead meetings; set performance standards and objectives.
• Mentor associates and supervisees; support related initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
