Job summary

Wright & McGill Co. is seeking a Finishing/Cleaning technician to operate finishing processes in the Denver facility. The role supports a 12-hour shift with night and weekend differential, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and efficient production flow.

You will follow GMP-like procedures, manage finishing solutions, and record QC data while collaborating with other departments. Training includes hazardous materials handling and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have high school degree or GED.
• Must be able to read, write and be proficient in basic arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word).
• Requires good visual acuity.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing and cleaning processes in the department on a daily basis.
• Maintain finishing solutions according to procedures.
• Follow OSHA and EPA standards for hazardous materials handling and storage.
• Record daily production and required QC paperwork.
• Carry completed product boxes to skids for final inspection.
• Communicate status with other department members and assist maintenance as needed.
