You will set up and monitor equipment, perform preventive maintenance, adjust line speeds, and troubleshoot issues to meet production KPIs while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional trades training is a strong plus.
• Must complete company training modules for equipment; speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate department equipment.
• Coordinate work and resolve production or equipment problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all equipment.
• Maintain safe, quality food output and meet KPI targets.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
