Job summary

TAT Technologies Ltd. seeks a Fin Machine Operator for its OEM operations in Tulsa. You will run designated fin machines and perform routine maintenance, while ensuring quality output and adherence to safety rules.

The role involves a 4-day work week with a 3:00pm–1:30am shift and potential overtime based on demand. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong manual dexterity, good communication, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals; GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Experience with machine tools or mechanical assembly is desirable.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated fin machines per production schedule.
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and performance targets.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and ensure safety devices are functional.
• Record production counts, downtime, and logs as required.
• Support process improvements within production.
