The role requires hands‑on focus, safety awareness, and a willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts with overtime. Compensation starts at $20 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and follow simple instructions.
• Regular predictable, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine within standard production targets and waste limits.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform adjustments to keep lines running.
• Ensure product quality by identifying film issues and tracking usage.
• Assist maintenance with repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Follow SQF standards and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
