Abbott Nutrition in Tipp City, OH, is seeking a Night Shift Filling Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate filling and capping equipment, monitor line performance, and ensure safety and quality during aseptic filling processes.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience with filling equipment, and basic troubleshooting. Forklift certification is a plus, with a rotating night schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operating filling equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn via training.

Responsibilities

• Operate the filler and cappers safely.
• Monitor filler speeds, pressure gauges, and line conveyors.
• Complete product hookups between filling line and processing.
• Perform product blow downs/flushes for timely batch changes.
• Maintain documentation of production and quality reports.
• Respond to alarm conditions on filling and sterilizing equipment.
• Operate sterilizer system within required parameters.
• Perform sterilizer rounds and checks.
• Adhere to product isolation procedures and monitor pH; collect water samples.
• Report abnormal equipment functions to the Supervisor.
• Keep area clean and organized with 5S.
