Job summary

Elanco is a global leader in animal health, dedicated to innovation and quality manufacturing. The Fill/Finish Operator will handle sterile product processing, assembling antigens and adjuvants while maintaining strict aseptic conditions and cGMP documentation.

You will operate and maintain production lines, verify materials, and perform precise measurements and calculations to ensure product quality. This role supports ongoing manufacturing demands with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform calculations involving weights, volumes, and percentages.
• Basic computer aptitude and adaptability to future platforms.
• Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Handling, Decontamination or Sterilization and BPE methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and compound sterile solutions and other parenteral products per procedures.
• Set up, operate, and dismantle equipment; inspect equipment and materials for condition.
• Assemble antigens into final product formulations and prepare adjuvants or intermediates.
• Verify and document identity of components used in formulation per cGMP.
• Follow SOPs and Filling Manufacturing Directions.
