Job summary

WGNSTAR is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Camas, WA. The role requires reading schematics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and maintaining building and facility equipment. You will work a compressed schedule and be responsible for safe, compliant maintenance across mechanical and plumbing systems.

The position offers full benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Local candidates only, training will precede a rotating Sun–Tue, 6pm–6am schedule.

Qualifications

• Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stay organized, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and maintenance issues on mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
• Apply sound judgment to resolve non-standard maintenance problems.
• Follow work instructions and ensure quality and safety standards.
