Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Experience with sensors, PLCs, motors and control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environmental compliance culture with strict safety procedures.
• Willingness to work a compressed work-week schedule.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Apply electro-mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues on mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building and facility equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, mechanical, heating and cooling systems.
• Follow work plans and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Review and complete work orders and maintenance tasks efficiently.
