Job summary

WGNSTAR in Sparks, NV is seeking a full-time technician to perform routine installations and maintenance on semiconductor-related equipment. You will analyze system errors, conduct field work, and document status reports under supervision.

Requires hands-on electrical knowledge, ability to read schematics/blueprints, and strong teamwork in a multinational environment. Candidate must meet safety standards and operate with PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Technical school or military certification preferred; no degree required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose devices.
• Team player with flexible, safe, and proactive work style.
• Proficient with digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and basic PC tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Install and maintain products; analyze log data for errors.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff on routine operations.
• Communicate technical information with diverse teams.
• Prepare documentation and status reports; input QA data.
• Attend field meetings; propose technical solutions to engineering.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment health.
• Wear PPE and adhere to health and safety requirements.
