Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the computerized automation system for feed manufacturing.
• Control the grinding, batching, and pelleting workstations.
• Monitor production screens, alarms, and equipment performance.
• Adjust production settings to meet production schedules.
• Verify ingredient sequencing and batching accurately.
• Complete production records and shift reports accurately.
• Communicate equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting automation, process, or mechanical issues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the production facility.
• Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies.
• Work effectively with other personnel to achieve production goals.
