Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct care across ages 0–99 in primary care, family practice and emergency medicine settings. The role includes medical histories, paperwork, follow-ups, and on-call/emergency treatment as needed.

Applicants must hold a state license, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS from AHA, and be able to obtain Tier 4 security clearance. This is a PRN position with night shifts in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine setting.
• NP Education or Training must be approved by state agency and accredited by NLNAC or CCNE.
• Must be comfortable with all ages 0–99.
• Must have experience with communicable diseases.
• BLS through AHA.
• Tier 4 Security Clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Performs medical histories and completes necessary paperwork.
• Evaluates and provides care per SOP with follow-up on sick calls or walk-ins.
• Provides emergency and First Aid treatment until transfer to local healthcare system as appropriate.
• Performs minor surgical procedures within scope.
• Reviews ongoing cases and follows physician orders.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Applies pharmacology knowledge when prescribing and dispensing medications.
