Loyal Source Government Services seeks a Nurse Practitioner for PRN night shifts in the US, delivering direct patient care in primary care, family practice, and emergency settings. Requires a state license (ANY accepted) and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with NP education and BLS eligibility.

Candidates must handle ages 0–99, have communicable disease experience, and obtain Tier 4 security clearance to start. Medical records confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Any state license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine setting.
• NP Education or Training: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by NLNAC or CCNE.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care to patients.
• Performs medical histories and completes necessary paperwork.
• Evaluates and provides care per SOP with medical follow-up for sick calls or walk-ins.
• Provides emergency and First Aid treatment within Scope of Work until care is transferred.
• Performs limited, minor surgical procedures as described.
• Reviews daily or as necessary cases requiring ongoing medical/pharmaceutical attention.
• Carries out orders from the physician supervisor.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy of medical records.
• Applies knowledge of drugs and therapeutics when prescribing and dispensing medication.
