Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Cincinnati East is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fruitland, Oregon, to support a 24/7 production facility by maintaining and repairing high-speed automated equipment, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role features $25.00 per hour and a 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM rotating schedule. Benefits start on day one include medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, referral bonuses, Oregon sick leave, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders using SAP.
• Rebuild and overhaul production line and support equipment.
• Install new machinery and assist with equipment upgrades.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance parts inventory and communicate inventory needs.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate with the maintenance team.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Operate and monitor equipment while replenishing materials as needed.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
