Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.

A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a facilities setting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and policies.
• Ability to delegate tasks and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments.
• Provide guidance and supervision when the Manager is absent.
• Maintain established standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Support general janitorial duties as needed.
