Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations and ensure adherence to policies. You will delegate tasks, guide the team, and supervise at a location when the Manager is absent.

The Shift Leader sets standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers while handling specialized equipment and chemicals. The role runs Monday–Friday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, offering an hourly pay rate of $20.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Ensure open communication between field employees and management and document client communications.
• Help with daily/weekly work schedules and assignments.
• Report issues with equipment, supplies, or safety features to management.
