Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate daily work and guide team members.
• Provide supervision when the Manager is not present.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged items and service requests to maintain quality.
• Document time records for employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with site policies.
