Job summary

Union Depot is seeking an experienced Lead to oversee facility operations and ensure adherence to policies, delegating tasks and guiding the team. The role includes supervising in the Manager's absence, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and handling specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals on a production floor.

The position runs from 11pm to 7am with a comprehensive benefits package and a starting pay rate of $18 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance
• Supervise at an assigned location when the Manager is not present
• Ensure facilities are clean and safe for workers and customers
• Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals
• Support janitorial and production floor cleaning duties as needed

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial, and production floor cleaning duties as needed.

Shift: 11pm - 7am
