LG Energy Solutions Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician III for our Queen Creek, AZ site to support factory facility and utility operations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability and operational excellence in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of training other technicians while coordinating with vendors and internal teams on complex maintenance activities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in industrial facility and process systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational Certificate, associate's degree preferred.
• Considerable knowledge of tools and techniques used in maintenance and repair in industrial facilities.
• Must be able to properly and regularly utilize PPE for up to 12 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monitoring, maintenance and repair of Facility Systems and equipment including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, air compressors, exhaust fans, substations, electrical panels, VFDs, and production skids.
• Maintain proficiency with the Building Automation System (BAS) and recommend upgrades or changes for efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, training and direction to other technicians to resolve maintenance problems.
• Coordinate with vendors on maintenance, job walks, LOTO confirmation, warranty service, and scope of work reviews.
• Order parts, tools and materials for routine projects; facilitate inventory of parts and tools.
• Maintain 5S/3R standards and lean practices; keep work areas clean and organized.
