Medxcel is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Carmel, IN for night shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair a range of mechanical systems in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a trade school with related experience.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical systems and equipment in assigned facilities.
• Handle complex tasks across multiple systems or departments as needed.
• Apply specialized knowledge in locksmithing, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing and ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
