Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in La Crosse, WI is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain aesthetics, grounds, and safety across our boutique hotels, restaurants, and clubs. You’ll ensure lighting works, clean entrances, and perform routine safety checks to protect guests and tenants.

Overnight availability from 10pm to 6am, with a valid driver’s license and basic MS Office and Yardi familiarity. Competitive pay with benefits and employee perks offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree from a two- or four-year college.
• General knowledge in building and grounds maintenance and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.
• Grounds/parking lot clean up and lighting checks.
• Verifies lighting systems are operating properly.
• Attention to cleanliness of entrances of tenant spaces.
• Perform routine checks/sign offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights.
• Snow/ice removal as necessary.
• Identify potential safety hazards and maintain landscapes/hardscapes.
• Support for other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
