• Perform minor repairs such as tightening hardware and painting touch-ups; assemble equipment.
• Complete scheduled deep cleaning projects including floors, walls, equipment and exterior areas.
• Assist with seasonal and exterior maintenance like pressure washing and snow removal.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared and safe for the opening team each morning.
