Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Building Maintenance technician in Bartlesville, OK to join the Facilities team on the night shift at St. John-Jane Phillips Center.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other systems to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a trade school graduate with 2 years of experience and at least 4 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems is required to perform a variety of duties.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
