Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school with hands-on trade skills.
• Experience handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems preferred.
• Combination of education and professional experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical systems and equipment at assigned facilities.
• Handle complex tasks that may involve multiple systems or cross-departmental coordination.
• Apply specialized knowledge in locksmithing, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
