Medxcel is seeking a Night Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician in Carmel, IN to support St. Vincent's Hospital by maintaining critical building systems.

The role focuses on safe, compliant operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing assets and ensuring reliable facilities services. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute repairs across HVAC, motors and related equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking advantage of tuition

Qualifications

• Trade school graduate with 2+ years in maintenance.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent education or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and motors.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams as needed.
