Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with demonstrated mechanical knowledge.
• On-site QA certification is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Professional and personable, able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Set up, clean, and maintain tools such as dies and calibrators.
• Troubleshoot extrusion-related issues and maintain materials for each line.
• Ensure scrap and efficiency meet company standards; check quality.
• Assist Product Inspectors and complete required paperwork.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and communicate safety concerns to supervisors.
