Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking an extrusion operator to run and adjust equipment to produce plastic film rolls during the 12-hour night rotation (8pm-8am on a 2/3/2 schedule). You will set up machinery, feed film, inspect quality, and complete production paperwork.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience; forklift certification may be required. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, company holidays, and a discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent training plus minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• May also operate forklift truck vehicle requiring certification.

Responsibilities

• Operates extrusion equipment to produce plastic film rolls and ensures proper width, gauge, length, tension, weight, and other properties.
• Sets up and adjusts equipment per specifications and records production data.
• Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks.
• Completes packaging, labeling, and production paperwork.
• Relocates finished pallets using lift tables or pallet jacks as needed.
