Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Operator to join its team in Idaho. You will set up, operate and adjust extrusion lines to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

You’ll lead daily production activities, support and train Machine Line Operators, and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced environment. Night shift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work twelve-hour shifts (nights) and overtime when needed.
• Must be willing to train on days.
• Must be able to read production schedules and BOMs to keep lines running efficiently.
• Must safely start/stop extruders and all downstream equipment.
• Must maintain lines and perform quality checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust equipment to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently.
• Lead daily production activities on assigned lines and support/train MLOs.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and ensure production goals.
• Communicate with leadership and work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
