Inpro is seeking an Extrusion Operator to set up, run, and monitor extrusion lines in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while handling materials, adjusting processes, and documenting results.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and strong attention to detail. You will work a 12-hour Panama schedule (2-2-3) with night shifts and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion production lines.
• Load raw materials and maintain proper material flow throughout production.
• Monitor machine temperatures, line speeds, product dimensions, and overall process performance.
• Make process and color adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform routine quality inspections and accurately document inspection results.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively during shift handoffs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production on other extrusion lines as needed.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
