Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Night Shift Operator to manufacture high-quality materials on a 12-hour rotating schedule. Responsibilities include setting up blown film equipment, feeding, adjusting speed and temperature, and following procedures to produce parts from raw materials.

You will perform inspections, quality checks, record data, operate forklifts, and collaborate with Production Control to keep materials and equipment ready. Prior extrusion experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years of Windows applications knowledge.
• Proven ability to perform basic math and measurement tasks.
• Blown film extrusion experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and use production schedules.
• Unload rolls of tubing.
• Inspect raw and processed materials for quality.
• Maintain product quality and perform checks.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning as required.
• Operate equipment to extrude and process materials.
• Communicate with Production Control as needed.
• Self-manage and work in a team environment.
