Sealed Air is seeking a Night Shift Operator to manufacture high-quality materials on a 12-hour rotating schedule. Responsibilities include setting up blown film equipment, feeding, adjusting speed and temperature, and following procedures to produce parts from raw materials.
You will perform inspections, quality checks, record data, operate forklifts, and collaborate with Production Control to keep materials and equipment ready. Prior extrusion experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

Position Summary Manufactures sufficient quantities of high-quality materials at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand. Sets up blown film equipment operation, feed, speed, and temperature. Follows established procedures for operating various conventional manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, forming, gassing, loading, tapping, turning, inspecting, and pulling to fabricate, form, or shape manufactured parts, tools, or parts assemblies from raw materials. Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing. Resolves issues related to the organization’s production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations. Responsibilities are within the Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
