Job summary

D&W Fine Pack is seeking punctual, safety-minded personnel to operate extrusion and forming equipment in our production facility in Elk Grove Village, IL. This role involves rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off and requires strict adherence to quality and GMP standards.

Responsibilities include setting up machinery, monitoring gauges, recording logs, and maintaining product quality while meeting scrap targets.

Qualifications

Experience operating extrusion machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and follow job specifications and instructions.
Willingness to work overtime and cross-train as needed.
Ability to operate floor loading trucks when required.
Adherence to safety guidelines and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Adjusts settings to ensure sheet meets defined processing standards and inspects quality.
Operates two extrusion lines and two forming machines.
Completes daily logs and routine maintenance tasks.
Monitors operations and responds to alarms to minimize scrap.
