Watts is seeking an Extrusion Lead for 12-hour night shifts at our St. Pauls, NC facility. The role oversees extrusion operations, leads operators, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years extrusion experience, preferably with pipe or similar products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines and related equipment.
• Lead and coordinate extrusion operators and assign tasks.
• Ensure production schedules are met and materials used efficiently.
• Train new operators and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain production records and lead daily improvement walks.
