Job summary

Prime Healthcare’s Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking an Environmental Service Technician for the full-time night shift (10:30pm–7:00am). You will maintain cleanliness across the hospital and related buildings, and you may travel between facilities to ensure standards are met.

Strong communication via phones, radios, and pagers is essential. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, read and communicate effectively, and have some experience in acute care hospital housekeeping.

Qualifications

• One year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings.
• Travel between facilities as needed.
• Respond to and initiate communication by phone, handheld radios, pagers etc.
