UCHealth Highlands Ranch ER in Colorado is seeking an experienced RN to join our night-shift team. This onsite role offers full-time hours and direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department.

The position requires RN licensure, several certifications (ENPC/PALS/TNCC/ATCN/BLS/ACLS) and at least 6 months of RN experience. Night shift incentives and a comprehensive UCHealth total rewards program accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State RN licensure required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Must have ENPC or PALS certification.
• TNCC or ATCN within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department up to Level 1 trauma.
• Apply nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Precept and mentor nurses new to healthcare or UCHealth.
• Maintain readiness for night-shift duties and participate in ongoing professional development.
