Job summary

UCHealth in Pueblo West, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to work nights onsite. You’ll provide direct ED care, follow evidence-based practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure, BLS, and at least 6 months RN experience. ACLS/ENPC/PALS are preferred with TNCC/ATCN achievable within timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; RN license required.
• State RN licensure and BLS CPR; ACLS preferred.
• At least 6 months nursing (RN) experience.
• NIHSS, ENPC or PALS within 6 months; TNCC/ATCN within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Maintain evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Precept and mentor staff or learners during orientation.
